My good friend Todd recently flew back over from North Carolina to visit family and friends and was pretty stoked when he asked me to take some promotional photographs for him and his agent. I wish I was able to share the rest of the photographs with you but like every other time I can only wait until they have been published or used by the agents or publications.

Naomi Craigs
Colour or black and white? Quite a difficult question for me to answer every time. I am personally a fan of black and white photographs - when I take into account lighting and colours of a particular shoot I always think of the result and what contrast that it might give. Below is two photographs that were suppose to replicate Terry Richardsons style of photography. However when faced with the images in photoshop I just couldn't decide between colour or black and white.

The Village Bar
I apologize for the lack of daily posts. I haven't been able to post as much as I would like to and I haven't done any alternative shoots I would enjoy doing and putting up for you guys to see. I have been keeping pretty busy with some photo work, which is good. At the moment I am getting more work than I anticipated. Most of which is club & event and band promos. I don't generally like posting club photos but seeing as that is all I have been doing here is some snippets.

HomeBound
This is a promo shoot I did for HomeBound on Sunday. Four out of five of the boys I went to high school with and the other runs a club night called Oh Snap that I take photos for. They're just about to release their very first EP. You can check out the HomeBound page where you can listen to some of their demos.

Triple J Unearthed Launch
The guys and girls from Triple J hosted a party at Amplifier Capitol last night in celebration of their new radio station 'Triple J Unearthed'. They had a series of bands play on the night such as Split Seconds, Sons of Rico, San Sisco and last but not least Tim & Jean performed a DJ set. If I caught you on the night chances are I have put your photographs up for you to see. You can check them out here.

Soundwave Counter Revolution
I woke up to a phone call this morning from Gina Goodrich, the office manager at Amplifier Capitol, who required me to take some social snaps at Counter Revolution. Much later on in the day I was made aware that I would be in fact covering some of the bands backstage and capturing their 'social' experience. I managed to hang out with a few bands I use to idolise when I was younger such as All Time Low, Panic at the Disco, Yellowcard and Story of the Year. The bands were very warm and welcoming and enjoyed myself much more than I had originally anticipated. Here are some of the snaps I can show...
